Working cooperatively across cultural, linguistic and departmental borders requires flexibility and openness.

These skills need to be developed actively. Many teams meet rarely if at all, and work under extreme time pressure. This can lead them to neglect the softer issues of collaboration and communication that are difficult to tackle but essential to effectiveness. Teambuilding workshops are an excellent way to assess the functioning of a team and identify how it can be improved. Workshops can take many forms—from playful to serious—to achieve a range of objectives, from getting to know each other to conflict resolution. I diagnose the dynamics within the team and offer activities that promote greater understanding, trust and cooperation.

Each teambuilding workshop is tailored to the specific needs of the group, aiming to improve team cooperation and effectiveness both in day-to-day interactions and in the long term.
