Facilitation

As a neutral facilitator I can make the difference between a productive or an unproductive meeting or workshop.

The most common complaint about meetings is that they waste time because the objectives are not clear or not reached, difficult issues are not addressed, or the discussion gets off track. The direct costs of this are huge. The indirect costs include frustration, mistrust, demotivation, and wasted energy. My job is to help you clarify your objectives and structure the agenda, take overall responsibility for the process, create an atmosphere of trust, and ensure that everyone’s view is heard. This frees team members to focus on the content and achieving their goals.
