Teambuilding

Working cooperatively across cultural and linguistic borders and across functions requires flexibility and openness. These skills need to be developed actively, especially because many teams meet rarely if at all, and work under extreme time pressure. The softer but difficult skills of collaboration and communication that are essential to effectiveness can easily be neglected. Team building is an excellent way to assess the functioning of a team and identify how it can be improved. Workshops can take many forms to achieve a range of objectives, from getting to know each other to resolving conflict. My job is to diagnose the dynamics within the team and to offer activities that promote greater understanding, trust and cooperation.

Each team building workshop is tailored to the specific needs of the group, aiming to improve team cooperation and effectiveness, both in day-to-day interactions and in the long term.
